Our Angels

Today our babies should have been in our arms, not in heaven.

~Kahla

**I am grateful for
1) Even if I never got to hold our twins in my arms, I get to hold them in my heart forever
2) Chase, he is truly a miracle from God
3) Pumpkin, Please Lord let us hold this baby not just in our heart, but in our arms too
4) the weekend
5) 42 days of school left, I can do this.... right?

I'm so sorry.

I'm glad that pumpkin is doing well and growing.

We have 27 days left of school.

I've been hearing these songs on the radio a lot in the past week or so. They remind me of something I read on MckMama's blog about good and bad times happening but how she'd learn to just bask in the peace that God is with us IN the good and bad times. Your perseverance in posting things for which you were thankful as you went through your own ups and downs reminds me of that too.

Since this is a poignant weekend, I thought I'd post links to the songs in case they are as encouraging to you as they are to me:

Praise You in this Storm by Casting Crowns

(Whatever You're Doing by Sanctus Real)

And on an upbeat note, you really ARE getting to be in the home stretch of this school year. And your little lime-pumpkin is sure growing like a champ! Yay for that!

Love,
Courtney

p.s. If I am not supposed to post links, by all means delete them!
